  • Temp, i dont eat any carbs. I hav'nt touched bread, pasta,biscuits, chocolates in 3 months. the only carb i will eat is 1 sweet potatoe, sweede, etc. let say all carbs from veg. i weighed myself this morning, and again i am the same weight, and i had over 200 cals left from my days calories yesterday. grrrrrrrr

  • I too have reached a plateau and lose 2lb and then gain back. I have cut out all carbs and starches. I only eat sweet potatoe as my carb, why am I not losing anymore

  • I would never eat before going to bed. I would be forever tossing and turning and my brain trying to figure out whether to sleep or relax or digest the food i have just eaten. it really depends on your metabolism rate. As you grow older, your metalolism rate automatically slows down and thats when you pile on the pounds.
