  • I started at 430lbs then lost down to 415. After about 6 months of doing the same things I was doing to lose weight I started to gain again. Now I'm up to 461 and I feel the same way. Feel like a failure that I gained more back that I had started at. I'm starting over tomorrow morning and Going to try this again.
  • I have been waiting to try a recipe I found online, its turkey sausage, some sliced cheese, bell peppers, red onions, franks red hot sauce on a whole wheat tortilla. Haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I have it saved for later. Breakfast is always my worst meal.

  • Everytime I eat something I feel this was. Even if it's not bad for me.
  • Day2 of the first week and I'm still 32 oz in. Still had crazy amounts of Caffine today.
