  • I'm in also. I tend to look too far ahead at the amount of lbs I want to lose and end up getting frustrated. I would love to lose the 15 which I think I can do with the workouts i'm doing if I just stick to the working out every day scheduled (p90x). So my goal is more towards just getting in the daily workout and watching…
  • I've finished the first 3 days!!!, i actually like squats they're one of the exercises that i have an easier time continuing through the burn. I think i'm going to do this first 30 days without weights, and then i am goin to do it again but add weights next 30 days. I don't wan to add them right now because i'm starting my…
  • It's been 2.5 weeks and i've lost 5.5 lbs. Pretty good considering that i haven't been able to workout due to a healing back, it's been all diet so far. But i'm close to being able to start up again and im happy about that. I set my first goal at 5 wks and it was for a loss of 9.5 lbs, so i'm pretty close to hitting that…

  • Nonfat, plain greek yogurt is always in mine. I like mine pretty cold, so i usually add 1/2 frozen banana and the frozen berries that i pre package up together in baggies so i just have to grab one and add whatever else. In the past i've also added almonds, oatmeal on the advise of others, that was ok but it will end up…
  • I would love to have you on board with me as well, i've gone through all the craziness of weight almost my whole life, gained a lot, lost a lot, for me it's a balancing act that i am hoping i will finally be able to understand. I'll be 37 this year and would LOVE to lose at least 45 of the 80ish lbs i have as my goal…
  • Great job!!, i've been there before after i had my 2nd child i lost a significant amount of weight and i remember feeling exactly this way as well. I think it is fantastic that you are looking at your older photos, because a lot of times we can't see ourselves the way we really are when we look into the mirror. But it's so…
  • I 'm wanting to lose more than 20, but this is a great starting point for me. I tend to get overwhlemed with what the end needs to be like that i try to take on too much at once then lose steam. 20 lbs, im in.
  • I just wanted to add that taking pictures of yourself and looking at the changes often is an important factor in not only weight loss, but more importantly keeping it off. Especially those of us who've been overweight for many years or our entire lives, we get this image of what we're so used to seeing staring back at us…
  • Wow!!, you look great. I don't think i would agree with the Doc. either, you seem to be smaller than what i would consider large framed. ANyway, great job on your journey. :0
