I eat 1000 calories a day and leave 200 extra calories just in case I dont add my stuff right or something and I loose weight. I have lost 2lbs a week In 5 weeks

gnc womens multi vitamin, just make sure you take them with food cause u will burp vitamin all day long.

My Aunt also had the lap band surgery and has gained more back then she loss. The best way to loose weight Is eat healthy and exercise. I promise If you follow MFP calories ect. You will do great! Good Luck 2 you :)

I agree I know someone who does just weights and never does cardio, you have to burn calories to loose weight :)

no wonder because I got a package where u had to add the eggs and stuff and It did not turn out so next time I will get the 1 step angel food cake. My birthday Is Oct 4th so that would be perfect for my low calorie cake. :)

I also sweat a lot, I just bring a towel and wear purfume and lots deodarent. I dont care If I sweat, I care If I stink which I make sure I dont.

It feels like Im always eating I try to eat 5 times a day and I still dont eat 1200 calories. Im going to start to eat more calories and see If that help plus I started taking a vitaman In case Im not getting all the nutrician I need.

I have always stayed at my sugar count but I have been getting light headed and when I stand up quicly I get dizzy and my freind who Is a nurse told me I should eat more sugar and sodium because Im not eating as much as I should. I think sugar Is good as long as you eat the good sugar like fruit and veg sugar. :)

I run up and down my stairs for 10min a day for exercise and Im drippin sweat when Im done.

yes protien keeps you fuller longer :) Also I try to eat 5 meals a day, just small ones. So eat at 7am then have a snack at 10am.
