honestly I do It for myself but also when my husband married me he did not marry a fat *kitten* and thats what I became after I had my kids so I think I should be healthy 4 him. I hope he stays healthy also cause I want him to be In our life as long as he can :0)

I get lobster tail steamed and asparagus steamed no butter. You have to say that or they will bring It loaded with butter, You can also get shrimp scampi thats not bad either :0)

when I first started I got dizzy all the time but now I take vitamins and It never happenes to me anymore. Im not sure If thats why It does not happen anymore but I feel great!

no I dont think so I get mine to that everytime I work out It just does not stay at 180 I stay around 155-175

I agree I eat every couple of hours and I think Im healthy as a horse I have so much energy and feel great!

plus I take vitamins just In case I dont get nutrician that I need
