I just joined the 40's club :) I have 25-30 lbs. to lose. Hypertension runs in the family along with diabetes and High Cholesterol. I'm looking to be healthy through diet and exercise but have low self control around fatty foods. Feel free to add me!!

Well I haven't confirmed with a doctor yet but sometime I wonder. I'm 39 and i'm telling you I can definitely tell my body is changing. My T O M is never consistent, I have some hot flashes and moods can swing and swing and .......lol.

I'm taking this too. I've lost 30lbs. I know people will knock it but I really needed help. I've tried MANY times doing it on my own but failed. I've been on this about four months now and I'm creating good eating habits. No i'm not perfect (who is). But the stuff is amazing!!

4369 calories a day is an awful lot Mom. I'm hoping that was a typo? To lose for your age and height i'm not sure what your calorie intake should be. Mine is only 1400+ to lose weight. I've been fighting that for a very long time. Of course now that i'm eating better of course its like right in my face. For me I have to keep busy. Like this or a craft project, reading. Good luck to you. I still struggle and sometimes I fell but I just have to forgive myself and start over the next day.
