You're very welcome, success stories helped to motivate me a lot in the beginning too. It's worth it and it doesn't have to be painful; find ways to make it fun and don't be too hard on yourself (I had "cheat" days about once a week and they've not caused any problems!)

Yes, I lost more than that in 3 months, but I was obese. It's slowed down a lot now!

I've been counting calories (eating between 1400 to 1600), and going to the gym about 3 or 4 times a week (30-40 minutes of cardio). At first the weight pretty much fell off, but it is definitely starting to get much harder as I get closer to a healthy weight.
