This is my first year doing the open. I'm pretty happy with my performance, I got 102. Which is pretty good considering double unders finally clicked for me about 45 minutes before my heat started, lol. I hadn't been able to do them before tonight. Woohoo.

What people fail to understand is that Crossfit WODs are essentially cardio, it will not make you stronger in the long run.
