Ahem...I am a ground meat rinser. :drinker: I will actually place the meat already cooked in a strainer and rinse and then use a small saucer to squish out the extra water and some fat. I usually then add the moisture back in with veggies.

I did Atkins in my 20s. It works, but the minute I went off the Atkins diet, and out of ketosis, I gained all the weight back and then some. Try moderate eating and exercise. There really isn't a fast fix for weight loss.

I just checked mine out, and I must have serious dysmorphia...because I don't think I look anything like my simulation at my present weight. I liked playing "grown-up" barbie though and changing hair, skin clothes. lol. I am happy with goal wieght look though. Not too thin-I've got to keep my husband happy too! :blushing:

There is a much longer after burn with HIIT than there is with steady long distance cardio. I have lost almost 5 pounds since Jan3 doing HIIT 5 days a week. It took twice as long for me to lose 5 pounds last summer when I was running 3-5 miles 5 days a week. (BTW, it's the same 5 pounds. I gained back over the holidays.)…

Seriously though...in the past I have squatted over 400 pounds and I still have all of my organs in place. I don't think you are at risk at all if you are just starting.
