  • I started stage one with twice a week and worked up to 3 times a week...I do yoga once or twice a week to help with soreness,but really any activity that you do that gets your blood flowing will help heal the damage you do to your muscles during lifting.

  • lower your weight and work on an easier squat or lunge than the bulgarian split squat. Try a reverse lunge with no weight and a forward lunge with no weight, and once you have the form down, add weight...then try the bulgarian with no weight....then add weight. Form always, always needs to come first so you don't injure…

  • brown, blonde, red, orange, blue, purple, pink, fuschia, green...purple was my favorite unnatural color. I haven't colored my hair in over 4 years, and I'm ok with the light brown....and grey. You know you are getting old when the GREY hair starts to come out when you brush/wash your hair!
  • 38 two kids under 6 Moderately active Its definately better in the summer when I'm off work. My DH refers to me as Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde. As I am very work focused during the school year, and in the summer anything goes...we average 2 a week during the school year maybe 4 times in summer.
