There are a few people at mine that don't use them either. They jog in place or do leg lifts next to the step to maintain heart rate.

A colonoscopy saved me from getting cancer and most likely saved my life. Due to family history I had a colonoscopy when I was 31. I discovered that I had a genetic disease called *kitten*. I literally had hundreds of polyps in my colon and large intestine. I was told I would have full blown colon cancer by 38. Four years…

I set my daily calories at 2300, but with my daily exercise I can eat a bit more. I try to eat everyday foods using portion control.

36 year old male in Chicago. I like to read other peoples stories to motivate me. If you would like to read my tidbits about my exercising and eating habits, I would be interested in hearing your stories. I'm trying to drop a lot of weight I gained after two major surgeries.

I have been a member of Planet Fitness (Chicago Area) for about 6 months now. For what I need it is a great gym. I have lost almost 60 pounds so far between the weight training and cardio. To change things up, I alternate between regular weight training and the 30 minute workout. The staff is friendly and helpful. As far…
