Down 1.2 lbs this morning. I'm feeling great. That's 6.6 lbs since Monday. I'm heading out for a run this morning.

I'm down .3 today. That's 5.4 lbs since Monday. I'll take it! I haven't been able to exercise as much as I normally do because my kids have been sick and home from school. I'm hoping to get a workout in tonight.

I'm down another 1.4 lbs. That makes 5.1 in the last 3 days. I'm feeling good. I reached a new low on the scale and hope to keep going. Late afternoon and evenings are my trouble spots with snacking too much.

I'm down 1.4 this morning for a total of 3.7 in the last two days. I'm feeling strong today. I hope my willpower and motivation sticks until the end of the month.

I'm down 2.3 lbs this morning. I always start off strong and then kind of lose momentum about a week in. I'm hoping that by posting here we can all help inspire each other to keep going.

I'm in. I didn't end up following through with the August challenge. I'm tired of gaining and losing the same 5 lbs. I would like to lose 10 lbs this month and make it to a 90 lb. loss.

I generally stay around the 1200 calorie mark, some days less, some days more. I'm one of the unlucky few on Atkins that have to keep calories on the low side otherwise I don't lose. You can add me a friend and see what I eat.

Day 5 and only down .1 but hey a loss is a loss. I did a lot of weights yesterday and I could be holding onto some water in my muscles. It's a total of 4.5 lbs in less than a week so I'm not complaining.

I take a daily womens multivitamin in the morning and in the evening I take 400 mg of magnesium at bedtime to prevent leg cramps. If I forget the magnesium, I wake up in the middle of the night with a leg cramp. I buy a huge bottle from Costco.

I stayed at Induction levels for 10 months. I'm back to Induction now to lose my last 18 - 20 lbs.

I've been at it since July 2012. I'm down 85 lbs but had a couple of months of stalls and just not being as good as could have been. I'm back to Induction now and hope to get these last 18 lbs off quickly. I want to get to goal!

I count calories too and try to stay in the 1000 -1200 range. I don't lose when I go over that amount. For the last 2 months I upped my calories to the 1400 - 1500 range and gained and lost the same 5 lbs over and over again. So I know that's a good maintenance level for me but not for losing. I started Induction again…
