Doing better with my cardio, the nice weather is helping to get me out and about. I took my first bike ride in about 15 years, didn't injure myself so it was a sucess. I didn't do well last week with my cardio. I think I am doing well with my diet and strength exercises but have been having a hard time getting myself motivated to do my cardio. So that will remain my goal this week. I am hoping to kick my butt into shape.

I am loving laughing cow's wedges and serving of town house flatbread crisps. 35 calories for the cheese and 70 for the crackers. I love the rich flavor of this snack at only 105 calories.

Mine was to start tracking my food and i think i did for half the week. So not bad but room for improvement. This week i am shooting for at least 5 days. I also want to increase my cardio. I am doing great on the strength training but need to kick up my cardio.

I like to add fresh lemon and lots of ice to my water. Keeps it refreshing and me drinking it.
