Sorry to stray from your topic OP To all those getting up in arms about muscle weighs more than fat, it is implied by volume that muscle weighs more. No one truely believes the properties of physics can be altered. Do you all feel intellectually superior for pointing out the obvious? The horse has been dead a long time,…

I just bought my first real pair last week. I went to an actual running store (The Running Store, in Edmonton, AB), and they had me walk barefoot on the floor and also jog on a treadmill to see how my feet move. I was told I have flexible feet that go heel to toe in a rounded motion and they suggested shoes for me based on…

I second Gap jeans. Comfy, flattering and fairly durable considering the price. I haaaate bra shopping, im so flat with a large ribcage... At Le Senza, I need a 34A for the smaller cup size, but a band extender for the ribs... 36A has a too big cup. Ive been flat out laughed out by sales ladies at least three times while…

The main reason I thoight I had to stay vertical is because my boyfriend started going to a trainer. I asked him for some pointers and when I did a squat he told me I was way too far ahead and to stay upright. He showed me a few and of his and he does actually stay almost completely vertical. Hes in much much better shape…

Thanks for the reply but none of my form questions were addressed? I just spent 10 mins standing and sitting in an actual chair and tried to do the same without. My toes dont go past my knees when I actually sit but I do lean forward. My toes and knees both point directly forward as well, so should I not be turning out my…

Great story, congrats on changing your life and becoming healthy! Gym prices can be crazy! I pay $57 a month to be a member of the YMCA, and I only chose that gym because they have locations both where I work and where I live.

I work both days and nights regularly. I think the first reply gave good advice. Try and keep your meals at the normal times youd eat, only switch the am and pm. If you are used to eating the same times each day, maybe aim to space your meal intervals the same way during nights. Also, there isnt anything wrong with eating…

If I posted a picture of an obese women in a bikini and said she was gross and wrong to be secure with her appearencr, Im sure it wouldnt go over well. Body shaming is always wrong, whatever end of the scale you are on. Actually, ive only made 3 comments, one saying Worry about your own goals, one saying im not lazy or…

Ive never insisted there is no reason, just not everyone should be pressured into it if doesnt fit their goals. BUT! Body shaming, checkmate fail... Maybe the first lady is also happy and comfortable with her bum? Power to them both, I say!

Haha you need to accept not everyone has the same goals or needs the same methods of achieving them. This does not make me lazy or stupid... Just another person with their own ideals. I think you look like the ignorant one tbh

Love your dress in the before, its kind of midieval princess-y  Definitely at least 30 lb ! Your waist is much more defined
-
Im sooooo tired of people thinking everyone needs to lift heavy  Maybe even the amount of muscle you gain from heavy lifting, even if its not body builder status, is too much or unappealing to some. Worry about your own goals :flowerforyou:

I had a tv growing up. But once school was out for the summer, my parents would cancel the satellite and hide the cables for our snes. My sisters and I would protest a bit at first but then would enjoy the rest of our summer with fresh air. Even now, I do own a tv but dont have cable. The comercials are so redundant and an…
