  • You have beautiful curves :) keep up the hard work girl!
  • I second this, I had muscles hurting that I didnt even know were there!
  • You shouldnt think of it as being on a diet, it IS your diet and a change of lifestyle. Would he mind eating a healthier supper? He doesnt need to be on a diet to improve eating habits. Healthy meals are just as if not more tastier!
  • If you are, by any random chance, Sustenanceandcovering, you are my hero! :flowerforyou:  He is my favorite youtube prepper, although I dont agree with his religious views he sometimes discusses. Silverfuturist is also a great youtuber
  • Having EMS skills are going to be a huge asset to you and your family. That is another area of mine that needs improvement. We have medical supplies on hand but neither one of us have any real training in first aid.
  • Im not concerned with anyone finding my city stash, and will be even less concerned when I move to the wilds of BC  Good friggin' luck finding me! We also would like to own a good set of guard dogs, and Ive always been partial to Rotties. We may end up with a Newfoundland dog though, he likes their water prowess.…
  • If we can get some more replies, a group would be awesome. I dont discuss my ambitions often in real life. Most people think Im crazy and parinoid. Its overwhelming the amount of people who rely 100% on stores for food and their survival. Im unhappily one of them currently haha We go camping often throughout the summer, so…
  • Mine are a small A... I couldnt even.picture myself with these "small" C's everybody else wants! I would kill to be bigger and my weightloss is only making them smaller. Im not trying to sound bitter, Ive pretty much come to terms with how my body naturaly grew. Just the grass is always greener, eh ladies?
  • My bf and I are trying to :) We keep a 4 month supply of dry goods on us at all times and have a life gaurenteed non electric water filter system. We live in a city currenty but are saving to purchase a mountainous, wooded and lake property to make a self sustaining cabin on. Its a huge dream for both of us and I hope we…
  • Au natural :) I really dont like the sandpaper feeling of stubble.
  • Such a big change.on your waist! Looking good!!
  • My advice would be, in the beginning dont cut all "bad foods" completely out. Just reduce your intake or limit yourself to one unhealthy option a day. Healthy eating is a lifestyle change and a big one at that, gradual change you can manage is.much better than all or nothing. My bf is a healthy weight but has a very…
  • I think OP means pan fried as opposed to deep fried :)
  • Hahahha my first actual "lol" moment of the day!

  • I havent read Pillars of the Earth but it is next on my reading list. I watched the mini series and fell in love with Tom the Builder haha I havent been able to bring myself to read the Hunger Games, I tried an excerpt and the writing style just did not appeal to me at all. If you like futuristic scifi, The foundation…

  • I know how you feel! Last year I went from 180 to 140 in about 4 months... Managed to maintain for 3 minths and then winter started... Laziness and bad eating led mr to regain 25 lbs. Ive been back on track for 2 months and already down 11 lbs. We can do this!! Add me if you like :)
  • Yay a book post! Sci Fi: The Foundation series by Issac Asimov Ender's Game series by Orson Scott Card The Uplift Trilogy by David Brinn, (as well as The Kiln People by him) Fantasy: A Song of Ice and Fire by George R R Martin (Tryion is also.my favorite by far) The Legend of Drizzt by R A Salvatore, part of the Forgetten…

  • Same here :) I pack a lunch for work every morning and then record everything first chance I get, once I know how much my meals are costing me in calories I can start to think about snacks :) Good job on preplanning your meal. Sushi is soo yummy but can be calorie heavy. Enjoy!
  • I think if you are going to count calories, why count points too? I think learning your macros, fat carbs and protien from mfp might benefit you more than adding up points that dont really mean anything and the free foods would throw you off as well. No such thing as zero cakorie foods. WW does have real life support…
  • Weird working hours suck! My usual shift goes: 3 days of 7:30am - 7:30pm, 24 hours off and then 3 nights of 7:30pm - 7:30am, and 6 days off, although I usually work most of my days off... I also have an hour commute each way so Im gone 14+ hours a day. I commend you on resisting the Mickie D temptation! Eating healthy food…
  • way to make yourself sound like a complete asshat! Ugh youre gross. OP, I def wouldn't stay with someone long after the bill is given if I didnt like them. Always give themthe benefitof the doubt, you are still new to him and he probably truly wanted to hang with a old buddy. Shoot him off a text and see how it is…
  • Bumping to save the great website on my desktop favorites later tonight, thanks for sharing!
  • I like the "lasagna" style curds which are much smaller than the regular. I drizzle honey on mine and eat as is.Oritts really good on mashed potatoes with pepper :)
  • I hope that his regaining weight has nothing to do with enjoying the media attention. Sorry if that seems like a negative viewpoint but he IS back on tv and giving interviews... Did he get the same attention after he lost the weight? I hope he can overcome his demons, whatever they may be.
  • I checked out your profile pictures and you do look great! Kudos to you! I definitely dont want to rely only on cardio, although that has been the bulk of my exercising so far. Im surprised by the results I have seen from the little strength training I have done and I guess thats why Im worried about becoming "too big."…
  • I like the wording of strength training not body building. If I stay at my current lifting weight, will I be able to maintain a certain muscle size? Even if it doesnt challenge my muscles like it once did? I dont want to stop lifting, and have it decrease, but I dont want to add weights and get bigger. Thank you everyone…
  • hahaha Seriously loving all the defensive comments from this, obvs you were being sarcastic in response to the few comments above you. First class trolling at its best
  • I have only tried the Bum Bum Rapido section of BBL, and only a few times but the next day I had muscles in my posterior hurting that I didnt even know were there  The trainer is really upbeat and explains the motions well.
  • So rude! Im sure your sister is a wonderful mother. You should politely tell her you dont appreciate the digs at your sister and her husband and she shouldnt be judging if she has never had children.
