I have the same problem! I did notice though that I lose weight on my legs, arms, face first. Last fall I was just starting to see my midsection decrease when I fell off the wagon :explode: Keep at it! Im doing more core workouts this time around in hopes of faster results :smile:

I try to buy greek whenever possible. However, my grocery store is always really busy, and usually sold out of greek. In this case I will buy natural yogurt. It's still better than the other regular types of yogurts even if its not as good as greek imo.

Pilates are good for strengthening your core, there are lots of videos on youtube if you dont want to spend money on a dvd :)

Do you have a Sports Chek near you? I can usually find pretty good deals on clothing there. I love Nike pants (loose but still streamlined feeling) and anything by Underarmor for tops. Lululemon also makes very comfy clothes that come in your size but they are more expensive.

I am as well, and the only way to stop it personally is to not have snacks around me. You cant eat whats not there, I only bring certain foods with me to work and try not to buy anything unhealthy while groccery shopping. Its really not that much, all these people saying buy new cars, houses, pay off family debts, they would have to recieve this money for a super long time to keep debt free.
