  • I would love to have you as a mfp friend..or anyone else on this feed. I find my circle of mfp friends keep me motivated and active and are there when I need an extra boost or have a question. Welcome and I hope you find it as beneficial to your success as I do.
  • I use to avoid that question at all costs though I would whine about needing to lose weight. When I decided to get serious and accept responsibility I posted my weight here, on run keeper, facebook, and tweeted it. When I owned it, I found it freeing and I could quit hiding, quit making excuses and get on with it.
  • My workout mantra is "I AM AN ATHELETE!" My workout song when things get tough.."Shake It Out" by Florence and the Machine.
  • The only way I know is to shock your body by changing your exercise routine. Add an extra day, do different workouts that you are not use to doing, try something new. As with our regular activity our body can also get use to the regular exercise we do.
