I love Jazzercise. It has all body types in class, is dancy, has current music, incorporates strength training into each class. I've never joined a gym, that would not be my thing!

Nurse here and settings at lightly active. i have a fitbit that I wear too, but I don't get the huge fitbit adjustment that I did before I changed my settings.

I was over by 200 calories. Not too bad, no exercise that day, but I've been to Jazzercise every other day this week!
