I am getting close to gaining all my weight back. About 5 years ago I lost 95lbs and since then life has come and thrown 60-70lbs of that back on. I want to get back on track but use excuses and am so over it! Would love more friends on here to really interact with and feel motivated by. Trying to start a family and would…

I just started Friday! I can't wait. So far I feel great with it and can't wait to see where it takes me.

I always find it's hard coming back. You just feel starved. It just takes a bit for your body to adjust to not getting a ton of extra calories. I find it especially rough if I was eating a ton of carbs and sugary stuff too. You've got this. Just make sure you a drinking enough water and eating whole filling foods.

I lost 80 pounds in about a year and a half. Kept it off for about a year. However after personal/emotional trauma I have put back on 25 pounds. It's a killer. I did it once before though I will do it again. My biggest mistake was walking away from my proper eating for so long. I thought I could just eat "healthy" and…

just remember weight loss is not a linear thing. I have been on my journey since November of 2011 and still have not reached my original goal. I am 5'7" and started at 240 pounds. It has not been an easy deal. I lost 30 pounds the first 4 months and then stalled out for almost 5 months. It has been frustrating but very…

I'm 5'7". I started at 240 pounds and had been overweight my whole life due to numerous health issues and being on a lot of steroids and other meds when little. I have lost 75 and been maintaing around a 70 to 80 pound loss over the past year now. I am now working towards toning up and gaining muscle! I am happy to have…

I had the same thing happen. Dress was purchased 14 months in advance to the wedding without my consent. I had to pay back the to be sister in law for it. I then went on to lose 50 pounds before the wedding and the dress had to go in 5 dress sizes. I told her I wouldn't buy a new dress and I wasn't going tto pay what I…

I used a sea salt baking soda mix. 1 cup salt 1/2 cup baking soda and a cup of herbal tea for scent. I didn't start sweating until I was in it for 45 minutes.
-
I did one last month and was pouring out sweat. Felt amazing after. How long did you stay in and what did you use for it?
-
I highly appreciate every ones input. I will starting tomorrow up my calories at least to the 1750 to start and see where that goes. Again thank you everyone for your encouraging words and great advise!

I have been eating the calories mfp has recommended to me since I started. Of course it has gone down as I have lost weight, and I have had my cheat days. I have been eating back my exercise calories the whole time though.
-
I could be. I don't have a hrm, but so many people say mfp over estimates workout calories so I do have a tendency to put in a shorter time span then what I did as to not over do my workout calorie. I also scan all bar codes, measure my serving sizes, and also try as much as I possibly can to put in what I'm eating as what…
