Okay I might be missing the empathy gene this morning, 'cause I kinda thought the original post was so over dramatic it had to be a joke? If it's not a joke, that fact that a 'friend' deleting you on MFP has you this stressed out means you need to reevaluate a few things in life, sorry not trying to be mean. But honestly,…

Agree. Give up beer, even lite one have more calories than you think. Buh-bye Stella. :ohwell:
-
Ditto. And I haven't been that desperate yet.

It's never rude to say a polite no thank you. When someone, who is rude, questions your personal choices you might wish to have a response ready. (if you feel like answering instead of telling them to *kitten* off  ) My standard smart *kitten* remark-- If they ask mewhy, I ask them why not or why aren't they.…

I say go for it. You'll know when your body tells you to stop or slow down, just don't ignore the signs. Your might be telling you that already since you couldn't keep up the last time. I like working out every day, but then my knees started to hurt and I was seriously dragging *kitten* tired in the morning at work, so I…

2, if we aren't counting relatives. (bestfriend since high school, and my boyfriend) 4, if we are counting relatives (my cousin and sister, who are also my bestfriends)

Exactly.

Agreed. That person is completely focused on the wrong thing, and I wouldn't be able to marry them because I would be questioning everything about them-- ego, mental stability, priorities, level of crazy, etc.

You look great!! And love the dress!

Short answer is heck no, which is really messing up my routine this week. Oh well, next week is a new story.

I think 15-20 minutes is great, starting out or not. Even doctors say 20 minutes of exercise a few times a week is good exercise. Fwiw, I still get winded on the eliptical after a few very short minutes for some reason, but have built up endurance on the treadmill and bike for up to 90+ minutes. Everyone is different. Let…

Good point. And when I compare the numbers on baked vs. regular, they aren't that different. If you're definitely going to have some, you might just want to go for a SMALL measured amount of the real thing. (yes I feel stupid counting out 18 chips when I do it, but honestly that's a lot of chips if you don't just shove…

Have you heard of Deep fried buttter stick? I wish I was kidding. Saw it at a fair. A whole stick of butter...battered...deep fried. Now I've eaten some crap in my life, but *that* almost made me
-
You're definitely supposed to be eating your exercise calories. The reason you're starving is because you ARE starving your body. Ie> If you goal said 1200, you exercised off 500, you're only getting 700 a day. Eat what you exercise off. Even if you don't eat all of those calories back (and you can), eat most of them.

Quote overheard in bar "Oh you/re a player? Welcome to the game, I'm the coach."

Agree.

I don't understand the people that basically say "prove to me you want to be my friend before I friend you". It appears rude. I always want to ask them if they use that philosophy in real life. Ala if someone says 'hi' to their face do they snap back "why do you want to speak to me?" Just seems slightly power…

Great, now I feel crazy 'cause when you click the link it's updating like it was doing it all along. I quit. :-/ I'm going to trust MFP posters from now on.

Okay now Subway is kinda pissing me off. My six inch 248 calorie sandwich: chix teriyakis 9-grain wheat bread provolone lettuce red onions light mayo sweet onion sauce BUT when I printed it out (using their own sites print option) it jumped to 470 calories. So their "serving size" which literally says "Default nutritional…

Cheese. Any type. Any where. Could eat all day. And I already know the next few days are gonna be a mess, but I will kick my *kitten* more at exercise next week.

bump (my first bump awwww)

Just make it the way you want BUT track every single drop of flour, oil, etc....everything you use no matter how small of an amount, and stay under your calorie count for the day. Fried fish sounds good to me.

I think I lost about 1 lb the first week, but I've only used MFP a short time and refused to officially weigh myself because I was paranoid and didn't want to get demotivated. In the 3 1/2 weeks since I joined I've lost 5.5 lbs. (so weird to finally say that!) Maybe (big maybe) I could have lost more, but I'm a pretty firm…

Exactly.

Omg I'm so full. And I only had a Wendy's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and small fries. Maybe my stomach is shrinking 'cause that would have never filled me up before. And I'd post a pictue but even with the 'search' I can't understand the instructions people posted lol. Need a pillow.

^^Agree

LOL! Sometines a girl just needs a burger...
-
All right. I'm officially in. Just spent 20 minutes planning my lunch, dinner, and exercise for the day so I can visit Wendy's for lunch and support this important endeavor. (yes I eat what I want, but I'm anal like that in planning that *kitten* lol) And feel free to add me as a friend if we aren't already.…

That is information I didn't need to know, lol. Now it's on my list...maybe. Haven't been to McD's in months.
