Sundays are my cheat days. I eat whatever I want in moderation, I try to stay within my calories, but if I don't it's no big deal.

I have a cheat Day on Sundays, it's usually just 1 meal but I allow myself whatever I want, I still try to keep with in my calorie limit but if I don't it's no bit deal I just work out a little longer the next day. I work part time shift work so I clean everyday, like dishes, bathroom (I have to males living with me) and general tidying..and I will do my workout whenever I can day or night... I done 70 minutes on the Wii Fit today = 432cal And tonight after dinner me, my partner and our son will go for a 1 hour walk around the lake, then back home for more Wii Fit fun.
