  • Ok the 1100 admittedly was during the evening and then practically all day the next day, though we did stop for a McD's and then Thai later on ( a quarter pounded cheese meal is about 800 calories). I used the link kcollins posted above. ;-)
  • Base calorie setting? I add in my intake on a daily basis, surely all exercise should be included right, I mean its not like you spend any less than half an hour having sex right? If that's the case, should I also discount my 30 min brisk walk I take in the evenings?

  • Well with what I'm currently drinking my pee is usually clear. I assume that the more fat I eat, the more water I'll need - does more fat dehydrate you? As for sex it depends on weight - what, mine or hers? Mmmm I guess it depends on what you get up to, right ;)
  • Hi there Karen, I'm pretty new to all this fitness stuff but wouldn't your bmi tell you how fat you are? As you say, muscle is heavier but are you increasing your weights periodically?... I've put on a stone over the last 3 months (I'm actually looking to gain weight) but I haven't got any fatter, but I am more defined.…
