that's really sad but. I don't see how this is the zoo's fault. I mean it wasn't like they were pigeons or something. they were wild dogs. people get attacked by "domesticated" dogs :/ I understand that the display could have been better secured, but everything is visible in hindsight. should the schools in oklahoma be…

...getting Bowflex weights might've been the best decision I ever made. they're expensive but not compared to the $60/month gym membership. and plus they're always in my line of sight, mocking me. lol.

pizza and garlic breadsticks from this pizza place by my uni.

I'm not a newbie but I would do good to remember this!!

...the worst part is, I totally think I know who you're talking about.

I'm also not exactly the best at my own personal nutrition, since I'm not supposed to eat greens, or bread, of fruit. ahem. and I'm not the one eating all those eggs! lol.
-
hey, to each his own. I'd rather not use that many calories towards eggs personally. I'll just leave it to Shakeology is a good supplement, but not a lifelong fix. I see a lot of people on the Beachbody website who used to be models, then started drinking Shakeology, and say it was their claim to fame. and @brower, I wish…

...you don't think 600 calories worth of eggs fried in 6 tablespoons of butter is uh, not the best decision?

I'm just saying, a lot of foods try to trick you into thinking they're healthy when they really aren't. Breads say they have healthy grains and crap, and people who don't know nutrition, think "okay that's great!" when that bread really isn't so good for you. Same thing for potatos and all. I also have a friend on my list…

I don't see how saying, "well, I love to CHEW my food" is a useful statement. I'm merely guessing that a lot of people who hate Shakeology have never actually tried it. My advice is to try it. Some people will like it, while others won't. No one can manage eating foods they don't like, no matter how healthy they are. You…

I don't get why so many people bash Shakeology. If you don't like it, don't drink it. If you like it, drink it. It's like broccoli. If eating broccoli suddenly became a new fad on here, half the people would bash it even if they like it. Nobody's making you buy it, or drink it, or anything. Shakeology is good for a quick…

my friend came up with the idea of getting a jar, and adding a dollar or whatever every day you do a workout. so when you get down to your goal, you have a nice wad of cash to go buy yourself a cute outfit, or have a celebration dinner.

he needs help. he's either taking them because he's in pain himself, or he likes the high. both require some assistance if you want him not to do that. :/

me too, I'm from eastern PA and I will seriously drive all day just for those coasters...

LOVE hip hop abs. shaun is so funny. usually I end up doing two programs in a day cause with shaun I'm always like "but but... it can't be done "

the thing that really pisses me off about weight loss, is that people are beginning to associate overweight with the norm. for my personal size, I should weigh ~110-120lbs. if I even MENTION that weight to my mother, all hell breaks loose. everyone is so used to seeing semi-overweight people that when you see someone who's…

I'm gonna say Hyundai. not the most useful piece of information, but if you want a car for the long haul, you really can't beat their warranties.
-
it never truly gets easier. you get more accustomed to the "workout feeling" though. the first few days are THE worst. but it does get better. when I started lifting, I couldn't get out of bed the first couple days. it was terrible. now it kinda sorta hurts, but not nearly as bad.

body beast is my favorite program. I did p90x, tony horton gets a bit annoying. hip hop abs is a blast too. but sagi and BB takes the cake. :)

the count is down to 24, which is good. things were doubled up on in all the chaos last night. it doesn't make it much better though. :( the red cross is taking donations... if you don't have money or anything to spare but can donate blood, give it a shot. even the smallest things help.

I make sure I have my daily glass of drain-o.

MFP doesn't know anything about protein. if you go over, that's normal. you SHOULD be over on protein. as for sugars, a banana can put you over MFP's intake guideline. have you ever heard of someone getting fat off of apples and bananas? as for sodium, the cardiologist I see tells me that if you don't have high blood…

definitely want to watch this thread... I'm a 32F -.-

since there's no known causes of diabetes, besides weight being a contributing factor, I'd say that comment was irrelevant.

also, I really hate to preach, but please get checked for clotting disorders with hormonal birth control. I got a DVT that almost killed me. :(

I take something called ketoralac. I'm on a paragard, and if I do ANY exercise when it's that time of the month, I throw up. fantastic right? my gyno said to use naproxen (totally useless), so my family doctor prescribed me these. I can take up to four a day, but one in the AM keeps me going for a day. :)
-
I love it, and it lasts me two servings too :)
