Guys need to understand it's all about the words. when I was on vacation someone asked if I was pregnant. the girl felt terrible when I told her I wasn't and I just laughed it off and told her if I was and didn't know it yet it was her fault and sort of winked. but crap like that really gets you thinking :(

okay thanks :) I can definitely do the other workout tonight, I just wasn't sure if it was silly to do two in a day, or just omit it from the week, or just bump everything. seems like it'll be easier on my schedule if I just do it today. thanks! :)

I agree with what everyone else is saying, you need to have a healthy lifestyle for that to work. And from what I've read and people I've talked to, you should make that change before you get the surgery. It would be like getting hit with two bats at once, instead of one. Take one bat at a time.

I second this. I jumped right into it, I just got done with my first week. I really don't think there's much you can do to prepare for p90x. I mean I'm out of shape, but I know guys on my uni's football team who did p90x and were exhausted after it. the workout is going to help you keep training, no matter what your shape…

it depends on how much protein you eat in your regular routine. if you're a hardcore carnivore, you probably don't need it. but if you're a general eater, protein powder is helpful to reach the daily protein goals. I aim for 1g of protein to 1lb body weight, and eat healthy otherwise (no processed food really).

I went to Aruba for a week and my friends/mom were positive I came back paler than I was before! And I'm okay with that. I am pretty ghosty. I also don't tan. I laid out on the beach for the whole week I was on vacation and. Still ghosty! xD

I love this! I never flavor coffee or tea. There's so many different coffees from the DR or Nicaragua or Costa Rica and they taste so different and fantastic in their own ways! :) and tea. don't even get me started on tea.
