I'm in. I do other workouts as well, but I use Leslie a lot to help get my mom off the couch, lol! What's the plan just let me know! :smile:

The only real way in knowing how many calories you burn by exercising is to invest in a heart rate monitor. Every body is different in age, height, and weight. So what someone may burn doing the same exercise as another is not going to equal the same amount of calories burned for both people.

You can buy some whey protein, and add fruit to it. Make your own combinations and eat some veggies to make sure you're getting the proper amount of nutrition. I love BB products, but that shakeology is expensive for a product that only last a month.

Jari Love have some strength dvd's out there as well as Jackie Warner. You can go to collagevideo.com and they have a wide variety of dvd's you can choose from all categorized and you can even preview them and read the ratings on them. I'm sure you'll find something there. Good luck!

Completed the Shred last night Level 1, and did BFBM this morning. Whoo what a workout that was! I totally loved it....love kickboxing! I've had that dvd for over a year and never used it SILLY me!!! :tongue:

Completed NMTZ last night...omgeeeee!!! I am so sore this morning in fact I've been sore all week but that workout yesterday just added to the soreness, lol. Keep up the good work ladies...let's rock it!! :happy:

I've never heard of Vi, but I do use protein shakes. For pre-made shakes I love the Atkins ones. Other than that I use Pure Protein and Designer Whey by Body Fortress both of them I really enjoy. That's great! I'm starting the Killer Buns and Thighs tomorrow! I'm trying to really tone those areas down. They are my problem areas and it's hereditary but I know if I work on them I CAN tone them down.....not trying to fully lose them. I like to call them my special ASSETS!!

I have Ultimate TaeBo, but not Ultimate Bootcamp....although I do have a bootcamp dvd my him. I'm going on line to check it out, and maybe I'll order it if not I'll just do the Ultimate TaeBo along with his regular boot camp one.
