I've started back all over again but I started back on Saturday. I changed my weight to reflect what it actually is, and I'm taking it ten pounds at a time. The only true way to calculate the calories burned is to invest in a heart monitor, preferably one with a chest strap. Each individual is different so no two people are going to burn the same amount of calories. Then when you log it you can log it under cardiovascular and add your time and calories burned that way.

She is nothing but the truth!! I have the same DVD, and yes she works it out! I will definitely be purchasing more DVDs by her. I've been using her for about 2 weeks mostly upper body strength training only and I've already seen some changes in my arms. I use her about 3x out of the week.

I don't wear make-up with the exception of going out, and then it's only some mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner and lip gloss. I don't wear foundation at all.
