Congrats on your weight loss! From what I see it looks like you have lost some inches in your stomach area. Just keep on moving and it will happen!

I would like to join, but what are the guide lines?

The only Greek yogurt I like is Chobani, but I like Yoplait light and Dannon Activia as well. Truthfully the sugar content is about the same. I'm gearing back to just eating my Yoplait light and Activia. I add chopped walnuts to it and it fulls me up. Plus it's way more tastier then the Greek.

Truthfully, it's what ever DVD you love and one that you will continuously do just like with any other exercise that's out there. Watch your diet and MOVE your body....SUCCESS!!

Congrats! You look great!

Thanks for sharing. The South Beach Diet focuses on low glycemic food as well.

I am DEFINITELY a pear, even with the extra weight on me but soon the extra weight will be a thing of the past!

For me it's always the inches, but everybody is different.

I'm with you on this one. Mines will start today/tomorrow and all I want to do is eat and sleep, eat and sleep. It's as though no matter how much you eat you still feel hungry! I've decided that no matter what I'm staying on track and I'm going to PUSH through my workouts. Also, the scale is NOT our friend during this time…

Sounds good! Bump for later!

Walking is cardio and you'll lose the fat as well as inches. That's how I lost all my weight and slimmed down before having my twins, and I didn't have to walk or jog for that matter either. However, I walked 5-6x a week and for the most part no less than 3 miles.

Hello! Nice to meet you! I'm taking this one day at a time...not in it for a race, but for a lifestyle!!

I don't have splurge days. I eat whatever I want, and just try to stay within my calorie limit. Either way you'll still lose the weight.

Find what works for you. I personally don't eat back my exercise calories, but they are there if I should go over on my calories and even with that I don't eat them all back. I have tried eating back my exercise calories, and when I do I don't lose. So, find what works for you because everybody is different.

MFP's calculation is much higher. The machines are closer to your calories burned once you put in your weight. Invest in a HRM for more accuracy. My HRM is usually around the same as the elliptical; especially if the elliptical handles have the sensors on them.

I have b/b fraternal twins who will be 4 in August. I need to be able to keep up with them especially since they're going to be in all types of sport activities.

Keep up the good work! You're doing great!

You're doing great! You just inspired me to be diligent about the foods that goes into my body. I see that you are what you eat, and the foods that you put into your body will definitely have a result on your progress!

Wow!! What a great job you have done! Keep up the good work!

I like the flat bread with turkey, veggies and honey mustard as well. It all depends on what you get to eat. They have choices that are healthier then others and if it's the sodium content that you're worried about just make sure to drink tons of water to flush it out.

It doesn't matter what that scale says. You're doing the dang on thing!

Congrats to you! You are truly an inspiration...keep on pushing!
