I'm taking a personal day from work today to take care of some errands that I didn't do over the weekend, which includes preparing my meals up to Wednesday. Fortunately, that also means that I got to get in a workout (Slim in Six Start it Up) and a nice balance ball stretch routine.0

Hi everyone! I am definitely on a mission to lose weight this year (especially for summer).
SW: 176.6
CW: 175.2
GW: 135
Goal: My goal is to lose 1 lb a week (minimum), exercise 5-7 times a week, get off my blood pressure meds and feel good about the way I look and feel. I'll be posting my weight every Monday or Tuesday. Good luck!!!0 -

Some NSV I would like to accomplish are:
1) Begin to strength train with heavy weights
2) Get a more consistent and healthy diet
3) Lose weight at a slow and steady pace to help keep it off

My weigh in days are Fridays.
I walk and do Sweating in the Spirit and Body Gospel aerobic DVD's for exercise.
My NSV's:
1. To decrease more or eliminate high blood pressure and cholesterol pills. [I'm almost at the lowest dose for the hbp's already so I want to get off of them completely, and with the cholesterol I would like to lower as much as I can or eliminate that too.
2. To do some form of exercise twice a day 6 days a week.
3. To be more consistent with my diet, and convince my diabetic husband to do the same.0
