    Welcome to our newest challengers Tricelive and Chocobis09!!! You ladies please come in and make yourselves at home! I look forward to getting slim for summer with you! :)

    I want to clarify something that I commented to Nette about. (Can you tell this is my first time running a challenge? :)) If you don't have specific goals for the official weigh-in dates, that is just fine. I don't want anyone to feel pressured by this, I want it to be as light hearted and fun as possible. We will just use those dates as markers, not necessarily for goal setting.

    I put in numbers for myself, but YOU DO NOT have to do the same. I really hate to change it up again, and I hate to confuse folks so I'm sorry if I have. Just know that this challenge is not supposed to be one that easily derails anyone.

    Now, with all that said, I'm down 2 lbs. today! :):bigsmile: YES!

    Happy weigh-ins to our Sunday ladies, and I hope yesterday went well for those who weigh in on Saturday!

    Hey there Nette!

    I choose those numbers based on the amount of weight that I chose that I wanted to lose per month. It is my goal to lose 5% of my body weight each month. That seems pretty lofty, but factors to about 3lbs per week.

    If you are aiming for 1lb lost per week, that's perfect. Please, don't put too much pressure on yourself. I want you to feel the challenge, not defeat. :)

    Ok, thank you, I'm trying to get mind together, because I gained almost 10 lbs over the holidays ! But I'm starting over now, so that's that.

    Okay ladies, I have officially WI for this challenge, putting all the lost/ gains behind me, this is a new start with MFP. So here goes...

    SW (MFP): 285.8
    CW : 285.8
    GW: 235.8

    My goal is to release 50 lbs by the end of this challenge.

    Feb 21: 275.8

    April 21: 255.8

    June 21: 235.8

    I hope you've all had a great weekend and on a side note if anyone wants to add me for extra support that's cool.

    Normally I weigh in Sunday but i've been away all weekend so I did it yesterday and I came in at a 3.4lb loss. :happy:
    CW: 223.4
    GW: 170

    I'm very pleased but still have a 5.6lb goal until I meet my pre Christmas weight then after that i'll be dancing in the street for each lb gone there after lol.

    Okay Sista's Here's to having a great week ! I got a big pot of cabbage cooking and baking some chicken breast, so I can prepare for the week.

    Weekly goal: Try a new work out and minimize bread products.

    CW 1/14: 216.4

    Down: 1.6

    GW: 185

    Very happy with this number. I worked out 6 days and I was very good with drinking water. I actually got in over 10 cups a couple of days. This has always been one of my challenges so I'm really focusing on getting the H20 in....it makes such a difference.

    Let's keep up the good work ladies!!!

    Good job everyone!! I decided to have Mondays as my weigh day.

    My stats since we started the challenge:

    SW: 213.4
    CW: 210.6
    GW: 189 (summer goal)

    I found that if I only have water in my house I'm more likely to drink that because I have nothing else!! Have a great week ladies!!
