I'm not sure I think you just post it when you log your exercise. That's what I see everyone else doing.

I was wondering if anybody else took their measurements for this challenge? I did today and I will re-take them at the end of the month to see where I stand. Every body is different and if you one of those that the scale hardly ever budge for then you'll be able to actually see the difference in the inches lost.

You have to find what works for you. Some people like myself can't lose weight if I eat back my exercise calories; so I don't or I'll eat very few of them. I just make sure that my total intake of food for the day falls no lower than 1200 calories and if I'm hungry I'll eat and if I'm not hungry then I won't.

I just started doing the Shred yesterday and I've had it for awhile, but never committed to the full 30 days either. You're on the right track. Sometimes the scale doesn't move the way that we want it to that's why you should take your measurements, and go by the way your clothes feel on you. As for you're heart rate if you get a heart rate monitor it will let you know when you're in your zone as well as how many calories you burn from…

This is a very good post. I always remove my treadmill plug and place it on the shelf above the fireplace, and unplug it.

That's similar to the South Beach Diet. It recommends you eat foods that are lower on the glycemic level. It's a much more healthier way to eat; but do what works for you and after you get to your goal re-evaluate what you want to move on to next.

My short term goal is to be out of the 200 and I'm hoping to reach it before or by my birthday July 12th. My long term goal is 150-160 but more so close to 160 and then I'll have to re-evaluate depending on how I look at that weight. If I get to small I don't look right infact I look sick.

I dumped WW as well, and unless you go to their meetings the online site is not as supportive as MFP. I'm sorry I'm not going to continually pay for something that I can get for free!

I was going to ask the same thing! I'm starting it today, and hopefully I can stick to it. I'm trying to kick my habit of eating junk food and I think this is definitely going to put me on the right track. You don't count calories on this diet, but I think I'm still going to log my food because I like to see numbers, lol.

Both programs are great, but if you're looking for tons of fun then Turbo Fire is the way to go!
