You go to the exercise tab, and type it in. If it doesn't show up you can create it by scrolling to the bottom and click on add new exercise.

I don't go by the weight they tell me that I should be for my height which is 140 lbs. My goal is 160 and no less. I've been smaller than 160 and I look very sickly. It all depends on your body structure and everybody is not built the same.

I've been eating gala apples, but honey crisp and pink lady are the best by far! I have to go to the grocery store today so I'll be picking up some honey crisp!!

I just started MFP about 3 weeks ago, and I'm not really seeing much of a weight loss either; but the inches are definitely coming off, and now my pants have sooo much room in the waist and my belt notch is now in the 4th hole instead of the second. If you exercise it takes into account the calories that you burn during your exercise. If you stay within those guidelines you should still be able to lose weight.

Congrats on losing 38 pounds!! Don't sweat the small stuff. Maybe they are really asking because they are looking for some type of motivations themselves. That is correct...you can't spot reduce. You just have to keep on going and eventually it will come off.

What do you do for exercise? I was thinking maybe you need to shake your exercise routine up if you stick mainly to a specific exercise i.e. walking. Try incorporating some circuit training and strength training if you're not already doing that and hopefully that will get your scale moving once again.
