I've only had it for a week, but it feels like it's a workout to me, despite the calories it says I'm losing. My body gets sore after "playing" for 30 minutes.

I'm not sure it's accurate because I know that I am super tired once I finish working out, versus when I walk on the treadmill for the same amount of time.

Oh, that makes sense. I wondered why I lost more weight on a juice fast, than when I exercised regularly.
