Mine's a short hike but within walking distance so we are able to do this one a few times a week. I'm new at hiking so going straight up still kicks my *kitten* but it's gotten easier. LOL The dogs love it too even with their little short legs on the steep areas. Hope this works!

Congrats and good for you!!! I too am a believer...and had my whiney days. LOL This morning I was back to the weight when I started EM2WL too and Whew!! what a relief after gaining almost 5 pounds. Hang in there people, it works, it's healthy and we will get there.

Another option is Netflix if you have that available to you. There are plenty of weights, Pilates, dance, etc. type that are FREE to watch. Good Luck!
