Tell me about yourself. When did you start? Have you lost weight? inches? gone down in dress sizes?

After reading through all of your posts, I think it's important for us not to obsess so much with the overall goal as much as it's important to celebrate all of our little victories that help us reach that overall goal. Something as simple as buying yourself a new workout outfit with every 10lbs lost will do SO much for…

Hi Ladies! I'm in the 200 club due to my pregnancy. My BEAUTIFUL daughter was born in August and I need to lose this extra baby weight that she left behind haha. I signed up for the beach body workouts because she is too young to go to the gym child care programs still and what a convenience working out from home…

Milk and cheese. For one reduced/non fat milk and cheese taste terrible, as do most reduced/non fat anything goes. For two, I learned some time ago that all you're really doing by eliminating the fat is getting rid of the good fat and bacteria that your body needs. Moderation is the key

Loved this success story. My mind set is exactly the same. I don't feel like the fat girl, until I see the pictures. I have realized though, since turning 30 two years ago, that the weight adds quicker/easier now, and harder to knock off. So it's time to start putting in some work. I hope to have your success, congrats!

I have a desk job and use a DeskCycle throughout the day while I'm stationary. I usually end up cycling about 21 miles and burning a little over 500 calories --- all while doing work! I purchased the DeskCycle through amazon, I found it to be decently priced and I love it, use it every day. Just a thought :)…

I love my UP24 wristband I bought from Best Buy! It looks like a simple trendy bracelet - I bought it in black so it would go with just about anything I wear and no one is to the wiser unless I tell them what it is. It tracks my steps, distance, calories, sleep, etc. It syncs to my android and MFP. It keeps me motivated to…

I use Jawbone Up24 and I absolutely love it. It's discrete and you can wear it on your wrist like a bracelet. It tracks steps, calories burned and measures sleep. You sync it with your smart phone to monitor your results and it syncs to MFP to give you real calorie adjustments. If you have friends who also have UP you can…

You look incredible! Great job! :)

Way to go! I'm almost in the same boat as you. I got to my highest weight in March this year - 213 lbs. I lost 5 lbs the last week of March before re-starting MFP and as of this morning I'm down to 199lbs. Not doing any back flips yet, but it's a start! :) I'm always up for making friends!
