You have lots of input here:) I definitely agree that cutting out the bars would help. Soy milk, almond milk- unsweetened, not flavored are what I suggest for your milk replacement My rule of thumb is that if I buy something, less than 5 ingredients and nothing I can't pronounce:) Aka, I normally only shop on the outside…

Polar has really great heart rate monitors in all price ranges. I used one for about a year before I got my bodybugg:) I had an RS 300x, and was really happy with it.

I do cottage cheese, pb2 and apples/bananas, crackers and cheese, salsa and baked chips, oatmeal, I bring veggie burgers that I've pre baked and microwave. Leftovers are my other favorite thing to bring.
-
I'm in. My goals are 7000 calories this week and 600 minutes:) I'm 60 minutes in. So I have a bit to go! OMW to do 180 today!

Better to be over your protein than your carbs. Do some working out right before you eat it, and you'll get some good lean muscle built:)
-
Cheating days don't work for me. I'll do one meal a week that's out, 1 meal a week fast food. Otherwise, it turns into a free for all. 500 calories extra a week to eat whenever has also done the trick:)
-
I will say- I agree with the following exceptions: Hunger. If you're having physical signs, LISTEN. It can be dangerous if you don't. (Especially if you have any underlying medical conditions- diabetes, etc). Don't starve yourself- and remember that you need food. If you don't know the physical signs of hunger- you need to…

I'm going with 7000 for this week. For me, that's about 10 hours of working out.
-
I do a 7 day rotation of about 500 extra calories. I tend to use them for eating out, etc. But no more than 7 days, and no more than 500 calories seems to be the trick. If I do any more than that, the gain sticks around for more than 1 day- and god knows I don't want that!
-
I always love how relaxed I am. I'll sit in there, drink a 32 ounce bottle of water and feel amazingly relaxed:) And my skin looks beautiful afterwards:)
-
Here's a great site for you to figure your calorie needs http://www.h3daily.com/nutrition/caloric-intake-worksheets/ I think this is the most on target (agrees with bmr, etc)

Yes, of course you can! I'm also on Lexapro- and the problem mainly comes to eating less than you take in - and keeping moving! Lexapro definitely makes me hungrier:) But as long as in is less than out, you'll do great!
-
WTG on your awesome success!
-
I'd just leave it be:) You're really only 100 away- and that's a good, close range:)
-
If I get hungry- I have an apple. I have a 3 hour before bed cutoff- but within that cutoff, I'll eat an apple or some fruit:) And lotsa water, it tends to take an edge off, and I never go to bed hungry!

Congratulations on your wonderful Accomplishments!!!

You need to remind yourself...you didn't gain the weight overnight, you're not going to lose it overnight either. I'm assuming this isn't your first weight loss rodeo? If so, you know that if you lose it fast, if you see dramatic results...it doesn't stay off. The minute you try to go back to something that can be a…

I'm actually doing week 1 for the 3rd time this week:) I have more left to lose than you- but there are a lot of people out there that are doing it! Just take your time and do the weeks over as many times as you need!!! You're doing great!
