I started level 1 on monday and I was veeeeeeeeeeeery sore tuesday and wednesday... I couldn't even sit on the couch without feeling the pain in my legs but today is my 4th day and I feel great and the pain is almost gone... I am having the same problem with soda... I just love to drink coke! I know it is really bad but I crave it specially at night .... I had to cups last night and then I felt sooooo guilty... We can support each other :)

I am a newbie guys... Please help me understand!... My BMR is 1400 calories and I know to lose a pound a week I need to burn 3500 calories... If I burn 500 calories a day at the gym... Do I need to eat 1900 calories to keep the BMR so it won't affect my metabolism?
