im afraid i would say no, limit yourself to 3 glasses a week including weekends. and only 1 per night e.g 1 on Monday, 1 on Friday, 1 on Saturday. if your looking for weight loss, cut it out completely and just wait for the difference, the pounds will literally fall off!!
