Sounds like you're doing well! My husband and I love to have tacos or fajitas wraps but we use romaine lettuce leaves instead of tortillas. Try mixing up your dinners so it's not just a salad and a piece of protein ... stir fries (but watch your sodium), wraps, etc. :)

Thanks!!! :)

My husband and I have one meal every weekend in which we eat whatever we want. It hasn't hurt us ... he's lost 100 lbs. as of today and I've lost 81. We think of it as an indulgence meal instead of a cheat meal. We do limit it to one meal, though, instead of an entire day.

Seriously?!?!?!? I thought I was the only one. My husband gives me crap about that one to this day!!!

BAHAHAHAHAHA! No way! Up until this very moment I thought it was the icky one. Learn something new everyday!!!!

Walmart jeans fit me the best!! Faded Glory jeans were rated very high by Consumer Reports a few years ago. :) As for the rude and horrible way you were treated ... I am just in shock and am so sorry you were treated that way. I would have held my ground, too, but would have crumbled and began bawling as soon as I saw my…

We have two chipoos which are tea cup poodle and tea cup chihuahua mixes. We adore them and they are our babies. We named them Sylvia (Sylvie) and Lulu so I'm partial to those two names. :) Others I like ... Delilah, Coco, Phoebe, Mercury (b/c she's so tiny!), Molly, Lilly, Chloe, Mickey, Pebbles ... I'll stop there!…

Hi Tracey!! I've been on here since March 11 and while I've lost 81 lbs. since then, I will be here for a loooong time and plan to be here after I reach my ultimate goal! :) The MFP friends I have are all amazing! They support and encourage me every step of the way. Feel free to add me so I can help encourage you! :)

I am a true insomniac and have been for years. I have taken Ambien, Ambien CR (NEVER again with that one! I was sleep eating and cooking and spilled hot soup all over me. Woke up screaming), and Lunesta. I was also prescribed an additional anti-depressant which helped me gain over 60 lbs. in about 3 years. Now that I am…

•Alan Rickman - the voice, the stares ... •Mayhem from the All-State commercials ... he was on SVU years ago but he's waaaaaaay more sexy now •Christopher Meloni ... I have read on the forums that the sugar setting is very low on here. With that being said, as long as your sugar is coming from fruits and veggies and there is not a medical reason that you must keep your sugar extremely low, no biggie! :) I eat fruits and veggies all day long and if I were to track my sugar I'd be over…

I, too, love satsuma! I have the body butter, dry oil, and body spray. As for perfumes, Jessica McClintock, White Linen, and Romance by Ralph Lauren are my old faves. My husband used to wear Claiborne for Men but they stopped making it. It smelled SO amazing on him!!! Nothing he wears now compares.

I've never met anyone with my name but here it goes anyway ... Kurran - it's Irish Gaelic and is usually spelled Curran. It means hero or champion. My dad had a friend who was dating a gal named Kurran and he fell in love with the name. When he and my mom had me, they chose it. My full name is Kurran Ann.

I took a peek at your diaries. I would first make sure that you log your food every single day. It is amazing how much that keeps me honest, focused, and on the straight and narrow! ;) Secondly, try increasing your protein. The settings of MFP have protein very, very low. You can go into your diary settings and change the…

Christmas!! The sights, smells, pure, crisp, white snow (northern Indiana gets a lot! :), smiles, energy, selflessness of most people, beauty, and the joy I see on my students' faces as they make gifts for their families in class. SO much fun! Can't wait!!!

100% agree!!! I am not hungry and have lost 81 lbs.

Now this is an MFP topic I know a lot about!! ;) Fast food got me here but I do indulge in it once in a while b/c, well, I want to! My faves are: •Taco Bell ... pretty much anything off of their menu. Loved it all as a kid, continue to love it as an adult. •Long John Silvers ... hate all seafood but their chicken planks…

Oh!! Also wanted to add that I am someone who wants to have one cheat meal a week. I have done that since I began and it has really worked for me. An entire cheat day would be too much but oh, do I love my cheat/indulgence meal!! :) Having that one meal a week keeps me on the total straight and narrow for the rest of the…

Hi! Fellow teacher here!! I agree with taking baby steps and focusing on ONE thing at a time. Don't look at the overall big picture of how much weight you have to lose. Look at it in increments of 5, 10 or 15 lbs. I still find myself thinking, "Fine, I've lost 78 lbs. but wing ding. I have 97 more to get to my ultimate…
