Runkeeper would be a better app to use. I've found it's quite accurate on my runs. I have also used it when walking around, just for funzies- it's interesting to see the distance you walk in a day! It's all GPS also, so accuracy is way up there. You can even log your runs/walks/bike rides, etc.

When using just plain club soda try adding a flavored vodka to it. Or some lemon or line, but name sure they actually SQUEEZE the damn fruit before they plop it in. Does nothing if it just sits in there.

If it's an Elite, you should be fine. They had different insides to the regular 360s anyway, so red ring didn't affect them nearly as much. I have an elite, it's the red Resident Evil one. Still going strong! Currently plugging away at LA Noire. Love getting my detective on!

It's hard. If I know I'll be around people who are annoying about my food habits I try to get a bit more exercise in and eat a little less earlier in the day. Then I'll eat a little of their food. It keeps them happy and out of my hair. Also I don't want to be that person who needs to bring their own things in a Tupperware…

Running is more time effective, walking better on joints. That's about it. :) I love to run though. You get results much faster if you push your body as much as you can, so running is the better option for most people.
