It is definitely a very intense program, and yes a lot of jumping! But you could always try it :) If it is hard on your knees you can return it and get your money back :)

I'm on the same page! I want to be fit by the end of the summer, and stay fit :) I always seem to slip back after i get in shape.. Bad habit that needs to be broken :P :)

I have heard it's hard. I'm not a beginner with working out.. I do strength training and running regulary. I LOVE a challenge, it motivates me! If it isn't hard enough then I like to make it more difficult.
