Progesterone cream, vitamin A and vitamin b6 ended PMS for me. Diet and exercise probably helped a lot too.

Could be that I'm just sweating out all the second hand smoke that's been blown on me. The cheetos is the one that scares me!

Please don't ever give up! If you feel like seeing a nutritionist, than do but never, ever give up on yourself. You are worth the time and even the stress it takes to figure this all out. And you definitely should make an appointment with your gyn if you haven't already. The bleeding could be a thousand different things.…

Whenever I see a larger person running, I think good for them. They are taking control of their lives. It's pretty inspiring to see young, old, large, small, just about anyone running. Your health is more important than what other people think so don't let anything hold you back from doing what you want to do!

MSG is supposedly injected into lab rats to induce obesity. Bwahahaha! Some people really like bacon. I'm happy I can barely stand meat let alone pork. Makes the diet a lot easier.

I had 2 hard boiled eggs, full fat greek yogurt 4 oz. with 1/4 cup blueberries and 3 sliced strawberries in it. Total calories was 413 but that also included green tea and honey (70 cals) and my fish oil tablets (25 cals).

I used to drink diet and felt like I was addicted to it so I switched to regular with natural sugar like Hansen's. Found that it tasted much better and I could only drink one 12 oz can and be satisfied with it. That broke the addiction to soda for me and now I drink it very rarely.

Gynaeoid: 75% Lymphatic: 25% Pretty spot on really. I have the arms and legs of the Gynaeoid but my fat belly is definitely more like the Lymphatic. Everything besides stomach basically falls in the Gynaeoid such as my hips which are freaking huge.

I am the only person in the US with my first and last name combination. Every one in the US with my last name is related to me. My last name is Dutch. Whenever I meet someone on FB with my last name that still lives in the Netherlands, they turn out to be relatives too.

5'11" 191 lbs BMI is 26.6 Bra size 38DD I wear a 16 pants and XL shirts. Pants are really loose in butt and thigh area but I have a big waist. Hoping to get back into a size 8 in pants. Goal weight is 140 but I might have to go to 132 to get to the size I want.

I always lose weight the day before my period. My bowels get a lot more active and I drop the water weight that I build up due to bloating. I normally take something for cramps before they start so that might have something to do with it too.

Don't eat the whole thing of rice. They give way too much rice with the meals normally. Measure it out and only eat that much.

You look amazing! I struggle with my high body fat percentage (hovering at 39% right now) but I know if you were able to cut yours by more than half, it's possible for me to get to something more reasonable. I'm visiting your blog and following right now! :happy:
