applebees has the under 550calorie menu, and most restaurants i look at nutritional facts online and decide what to eat before we go,,,and one tip of advice stay away from the free heavy carbs they usually give you to munch on before your meal comes such as bread...ugh thats what usually gets me.

You can do It! I started at 325 and am now at 194....its a slow steady process with lots of ups and down just be consistent and stick with it. I fight it everyday and every minute of every day. I wanna eat when im bored happy stressed and sad basically all the time. sometimes i win the fight sometimes i dont, but i do try to burn as many calories as possible to make up for my bad days.

I personally gain weight if I eat back calories. And personally, it doesnt make sense anyway. The basic science to losing weight is you need to burn more than you take in. Thats what my family is doing now for the last two months. My mom has lost 34, my sixteen year old son has lost 14, and i have lost 9...i have cheated many times...trying to get it together and hoping mfp helps. Not only are the foods we fix vegan but also low fat and try to limit the number of breads/grains.
