People think that because Ive lost a significant amount of weight that I dont struggle with eating anymore. But I DO! Goes to show that sometimes it more than whats on the outside!

I actually had something on the weekend that was TOOOO rich for me!? Thats nearly impossible! haha I made homemade peanut butter rocky road squares, and they were just too rich! WOO! haha

This sounds like an excellent idea! I too sometimes restrict foods, and then when I do eat them... I let the whole day go to ****.

Personally I dont think an extra piece of cake is a binge. It probably brought you over your weight loss calories, but not your maintenance cals. So at least you shouldnt be gaining! =) Ps. cake rocks! LMAO

So last night was my party! Lots of booze,food,and laughs. My friend even surprised me with a birthday cake! And now all the excitement of October is over.. Today the cake was still calling my name, and I had a slice (counted it into my daily cals) My boyfriend got take out (I ate a few pieces of his left overs, no biggie)…

First - I hope that steak was amazing! ;) And I agree that when you finally get to spend some time with a loved one.. it can often lead to FOOD! Join us and we'll all help each other stay on track in November!

Ive notice that when I over eat, it happens to be on days when Im getting little water intake. Perhaps I am confusing hunger with thirst?

Very true! Sometimes the urge hits, and I cant concentrate on anything else. I cant sit down and just be.. I have to eat.. its a terrible feeling.

Today is my birthday bash! I will be having treats and sugary alcoholic beverages with my friends! This will be my last hoorah before no binge november. Loving all the responses!! Tomorrow is my birthday bash, this will be my last hoorah before no binge november! I will be having people over for some snacks and drinks - no guilt. Tea with sweetener! 0 cals and feels like I'm 'eating'. Also flavoured water! Other than that I take low cal snacks to have throughout the day: apples rice cakes yogurt watermelon (LOTS OF WATERMELON!)

For the most part I eat to get full. I get as many low cal options on my plate as possible. Usually tons of veggies, that way I feel like Im eating alot but not eating crap! I generally hate eating something small that is really calorie dense. Just doesnt satisfy me!

Im on a very low budget when it comes to our food. There is just me and my boyfriend and I go shopping once a week and get $60 dollars worth of groceries. Sometimes Ill have a little extra money and throw that in too! I shop all the sales and make sure I get the best bang for my buck! =)

best thing for home made meals at the relatives is to watch portions sizes and estimate calories by looking for similar items in the database! Join us anyway to keep track of how many days you are binging!

HAHA my number one reason for you.. ITS COLD OUTSIDE AND ICE CREAM WILL MAKE YOU COLDER! hahaha Im always so cold!
