I weigh 120lbs at the minute. MFP is telling me to eat 1810 cals a day but I just think that's so high!! Thanks for the replies, I'll have a look at that link :)

Roasted butternut squash/peppers/courgettes/aubergine. Slice into chunks and put them on a baking tray with some garlic, then in the oven. Cooking time depends on the veg. They taste amazing with a bit of seasoning...my personal faves are cayenne pepper and corriander...and some low fat spray if you like, for roasting! :)

I'm 5 ft 6.5 and weigh 122lbs. I have lost nearly 3 stone after reaching a hefty 11 and a half stone in my first year at uni and my goal weight is 110lbs but I'm happy as I am now :) Would love to get some new friends on here and share ideas with people who actually eat!
