Under cardio there is an option for strength training which will count calories for you. I'm not sure how accurate the calorie count is, but every little bit helps. You just put in how many minutes you train and it will calculate for you.

I'm in!! So far this week (if we are using calories not used) I have burned 7.19 pieces of cheesecake since Monday. Woohoo!!! Can't wait to see how it looks at the end of the week.
