My hand and face too! It's so funny how little things make you feel so much better. I went to buy a new watch a few months ago. I was so embarrassed because all the ones I tried on were too tight. Now, all the watches I have need a link or two taken out! :-)

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that is partly for the reason I am stalled right now!!!!!! Right after I start losing again.

I work at a plant and they always eat out here. Make it known you are trying really hard to lose weight and arent interested in eating anything bad. It was my turn to bring a snack for the night and they wanted pizza and I laughed and said Ok, fruit it is! lol

I would say so be checking you out. Or maybe even try to get pulled over by you. lol

I wear nomex usually because I work at a plant 90% of the time. They are the ones that dont say anything. Outisde work, I just wear "smaller" jeans and regular tshirts that I wore before I lost weight. I don't like clingy clothes!

My doctor told me that my ideal weight would be 150, but REALISTICLY, he would be happy with 160. I am 5'7" and have always been overweight, but am on my way to being skinny sooner than later!!! :-) Everyone is different, I would ask your doctor and see what they say. :-)

I am on zoloft for anxiety and depression. I asked my psychiatrist before getting on anything if it would cause me to gain weight and she said no... Maybe they need to change your dosage. I just got on it and it has made me feel alot better. I heard Paxil was the worst though! I will for sure make you gain! lol
