Day 6 done. Just seemed off today while doing it. Didn't drink my water first or take my vitamin. Wondering if that caused the sluggishness. Oh well, in and done and weekend will be rough for me too. Did day 5 level 1 yesterday AM and had to rush off to work. Right now better at doing the exercises than checking in. Had a little more endurance--managed to do all but one set of the jumping jacks and jumped rope one of the times. Getting better.

Did it this morning before work. No swim in pool afterwards :( Still can't do a full push up do good on modified ones. Jumping jacks not so much. Made it through all of the warm up ones and half of the next set. Same with jumping rope hurts my calfs and shins. Can't hop I guess.

Level 1 Day 2 completed. Thighs and chest sore. Know the thighs are sore from the lunges not sure if chest is sore just from the Shred or from swimming too. Soaked and heading to the pool to cool off. Just going to lounge tonight in the pool.

Just finished Level 1 Day 1 5 # weights. Squats and the arm raises are the hardest for me. Headed to the pool to cool off. Feel good about doing the workout. :)
