  • @wordpainter - Thanks for the link. I used to go the gym every day as well as walking a couple of miles to work -couldn't lose any weight at all. So far I've been under my calorie in take every day I've been here! I'll have a read of that group and see if I fall into that category.
  • I eat fruit :) Clementines or satsumas, nice and sweet too. Bananas are quite filling. Dried mango is really nice. Fruit with yoghurt and a dash of honey. Mini babybel if I'm in need of some protein. Some soups are really low cal and a good mini-lunch :)
  • I don't eat desserts as such, but I do like some sort of sugar! Maybe a biscuit or a few squares of dark chocolate. I've made myself very particular about what I will eat when it comes to treats. I love chocolate so if it's not chocolate I can more easily refuse - why would I waste calories on something just because it's…
