I have three kids also. They are 7,4,16 months. I am also finding it hard to lose the baby weight. I want to lose about 50-60 lbs. I know I have a long road ahead but someone struggling with the same issue to vent frustrations too would be great!! Love my kids but they sure did a number on the bod! LOL

Hi, My name is Liz. I live in Olathe,Ks. I have three girls.. ages 7,4,16 months and I do in-home daycare and I find it hard to find the time to exercise. Some days i forget to eat my meals so I dont eat all my calories for the day. I am looking for someone to help me stay motivated.
