Congrats! You're inspiring and beautiful!

You are an inspiration! Way to go!
-
Succinctly put, Bobby!
-
Great advice! Usually the days I don't want to go are the days I need it the most.

That was Devo! "Are we not men? We are Devo!"

You can add it as protein to shakes--it works well and you don't even know its there.

I've got the XDM 45. Love it--easy to clean, fun to shoot. I'd like to get rid of my Springfield 1911 A1.
-
You can disagree all you want, but statistics have proven that police, who are trained to shoot in high stress situations, often miss their targets when confronted with a life threatening situation. A .22 is a great handgun, but for me, if I'm confronted with a situation that may result in the loss of life of my family or…

I have my carry permit. I thought my Glock 19 was a great carry gun. I did get rid of it, but I did like it. I prefer my Springfield XDM, but it's a little large to carry. Don't carry a .22 pistol. I had a Sig Sauer Mosquito. If you shoot someone with it, you'll just piss them off.

I am not currently married but I do have a significant other. The BF is pretty cool and I don't want him to die. If this question was directed to me about my ex spouse, I'd tell you that this is a problem that needs to be addressed by the skank he knocked up. April 30th is my divorce date. I throw an Independence Day party…

Good grief. I can say I've never been shopping in heels. Give me my Asics any day!

I've read both. Warning about A Song of Fire and Ice: addictive as hell. The latest book came out last summer. The problem is one of timing--I've heard the next one isn't out until some ridiculous year like 2018. I thought the first book was a little slow to get into because you spend most of the time sorting out who is…

Some say Antichrist, some say overbearing harpy from Hell, others say Director of Human Resources.
-
Today its an UnderArmor sports bra, workout capris and a UND Fighting Sioux t shirt!

Do not confront her. Report her to Human Resources. They have to follow up on every complaint and investigate it. She's going to feel more pain when she's confronted with the HR Director and the possibility of losing her job. --Trust me on this one. This is a subject I live and breathe DAILY.

I have a lot of empathy for this situation. About 5 years ago, a salon completely destroyed my hair with a highlight job that burned my hair to a total crisp. I took it all off. People at work called me Sinead O'Connor being we're both Irish. The good thing about it is that it may suck now, but I will grow back!
-
And your tremendous results are very, very evident!
-
Liam Neeson! I am, after all, Irish. I loved it when he played The Big Fella.

Beautiful!

If you feel comfortable and want to wear them, do it! Don't do it if you feel self conscious. Nothing is worse than fidgeting through an evening, kvetching about someone you don't feel comfortable wearing. Fidgeting, from what I'm told, is not sexy! I'd give them a shot and see how many comments you get. I get a lot of…

When I wear heels, I am nearly 6'3". I have never been compared to asparagus. I get a lot of compliments from both men and women. I used to be really nervous about my height. I was the tallest girl in school and was constantly asked, "Do you play basketball?" (I played hockey, and NOT on a girls team.) Rock the heels.…

You are beautiful and inspiring! You look fantastic!
-
I'll be reading it! I've learned a lot from you and rely on your advice as much as your killer sense of humor!

The whole enchilada. I have a 35 inch inseam, too, so it takes the better part of the shower each day.

Mine is similar to yours. I need to limit processed food again--I'm letting it creep back into my diet. I never worry about sodium. My blood pressure barely cracks 100. At one time I was actually medicated to raise my blood pressure.

I love mine. He's my second. The first one was a disaster. Arrange to meet the person for lunch to 'interview' each other. Make sure that your goals are congruent with his or her training style. I am working with my second trainer, and I adore him. I see him twice a week for an hour, and he's $30 an hour--he's independent…
